The good, the bad, and the unexpected
Nestled in a perfect location, I enjoyed easy access to the river and local attractions. The staff exceeded expectations, providing a warm welcome and attentive service. A delightful breakfast buffet complemented the clean and spacious room. But don't expect luxury. amenities were basic and could use some updates. Still, a solid stay!

Wonderful mountain views and friendly service
During my stay, I was really impressed by the stunning mountain view from my room that added a special touch to my experience. The staff were absolutely delightful, making check-in seamless and serving a delicious breakfast with freshly baked options. However, the heating could use some improvement for a cozier ambiance.

I really loved the amazing buffet continental breakfast every morning and how our room was cleaned daily! The sun terrace and garden area were perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring. The only slightly annoying thing was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, but that’s just a small detail. ☕️

The buffet continental breakfast had some delightful pastries, perfect for satisfying any foodie like me! Plus, the late-night reception was a bonus when hunger struck after a long day of exploring. It’s just a hop, skip, and jump from Granada, making it a great spot to easily explore with some friends in tow.
We did have a bit of a hiccup with the heating situation that left our room chillier than my ice cream cravings. Oh, and a friendly heads-up would’ve helped clear up a pricing mix-up with the check-in staff—it felt like a bit of a dance trying to work it out.

The double-glazed windows provided a restful environment away from street noise, making it a suitable retreat. Cleanliness was a notable strength, as the rooms were tidied daily. However, the lack of efficiency in reception during peak times was frustrating, and despite a decent continental breakfast, the offerings were limited beyond omelettes. Overall, not bad but could use improvements.

We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful Sierra Nevada Ski Resort, just a short drive away. The hotel had clean rooms and a great buffet breakfast. Our young child loved the spacious room, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, the staff should offer more kid-friendly meal options.

Recommend it for couples looking for a quiet getaway
First, the breakfast was a real treat , they had everything from fresh pastries to made-to-order omelets. Plus, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the hotel restaurant where the staff really went out of their way to make it special for us.
It wasn't exactly cheap , but considering the experience, it was still okay.
